Exchanges

At Auki our commitment to your satisfaction is a priority. Auki extends a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to initiate a return request from the date of receiving your item.

For a successful return, your item must mirror its original state - unworn (no smells or odors), unused, complete with tags, and securely packaged in its original wrapping. In addition, please ensure you possess the receipt or a valid proof of purchase. 

Commencing the return process is straightforward. 


To initiate your AUKI return, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Email info@aukienterprise.com, providing the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Description of the item
    • Reason for exchange and item you would like to exchange it for

  2. In case the item is faulty or damaged, please include photographs of the item in the same email.

  3. Please allow up to 3 business days for an Auki team member to contact you with a status update of your request.

  4. If approved for exchange please place your item AND a pre-paid extra post bag (with your address) in your return parcel and return to the address provided in email.

  5. Once your return is received it will then be re-examined to ensure it is in the same condition it was sent and your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

*Note that items dispatched to us without prior return authorization will regrettably not be accepted.*


Refunds/Returns

Full refunds for a product are only extended in the event of a proven fault detected during inspection. Please note, Auki will not issue refunds on non-faulty items, a store credit will be provided once your return item is received back at our warehouse. A store credit will not include shipping costs. 

The swiftest route to securing your desired item is to initiate a return for the product in your possession. Once the return is granted approval, proceed to make a separate purchase for a new item with your store credit. 

Refunds will not be approved if your item is not returned in the condition it was purchased in. This includes the condition of product and packaging.
